The fact is right now, 80% of contractors in this space are struggling to fill open positions.

And Aaron doesn't buy that it's a work ethic problem.

And he's not convinced that it's a generational issue.

He believes that it's a problem with the industry, where the status quo mindset focuses on production

and profit instead of people.
