And I'm Samantha Faye and we're so happy you can join us here today. We are going to be

discussing another one of our how-to shows. This episode is about cord cutting and

so we're going to walk you through what are chords where and

who do you cord to how do you know if you have a cord and some different ways to cut

those chords so before we get into all the how-tos, let's first start off by just

discussing what is a cord. It's believed that cords are energetic attachments that form

between people and aspects of ourselves.

We share energy between these chords.

You can think of an umbilical cord that shares food, nourishment, and vital nutrients between a mother and her baby.

Spiritual cords can share both positive and negative energy. The cord allows for energy

to exchange between two people. The deeper the connection, the stronger the cord.

We are corded with our spouse, partner, children, parents, siblings, and friends. But we also

have cords with neighbors, coworkers, acquaintances, old loves.

Like have you ever randomly thought of someone only to have them call you later that day?

You may have intuitively felt them tug on the energetic cord between you

to when they thought about calling you or have you ever had a friend pop into your

mind and when you call them it turns out they were having a hard day and

needed to talk to you.

You were feeling their energy through the chord.
