I mean, it's everything, Heather, that I'm probably experiencing as a 49-year-old woman.

It's very funny, obviously, being a woman and obviously having a

podcast, I've understood, because I speak to doctors, and I actually work oddly in a roundabout

way in the healthcare industry in the Middle East. How little information there is out there

for us women. Considering there's over a billion women on this planet, we're all winging

midlife. What they say about things like midlife crisis, hot flushes, we are all going to have it.

And no one wants to talk about it. So how do we break that stigma? There's no escaping midlife in menopause.

Like you can't out exercise or eat clean and escape it.

It's going to happen to all of us.

And so, you know, the first thing really is speaking about it.

And over the last couple of years, I think what's helped to make the topic a little bit more accessible is having public figures and celebrities, even politicians, talking about their midlife and menopause journeys.
