talking about the documentary, the social dilemma, and how our brains are being impacted by music

and scrolling images and so much information all

of the time that together we turned the color filter on our phone to black and white and then I

sort of turned my smartphone into a dumb phone with this accessibility feature that limits all of

its features and I found myself much less interested in my phone because it's just not so cool anymore.

Yeah.

And it's actually been improving my mental state.
