Imagine yourself as an energetic being, not confined by your physical form. Your body, senses, and thoughts are all filters that shape your perception of the world.

The physical world is not what's truly real. It's your internal state, defined by energy and frequency, that holds the key. Everything vibrates at different frequencies. Some vibrate high and are full of positivity and love, while others vibrate low with negativity or emptiness.

As the Law of Attraction suggests, like attracts like. So, if you surround yourself with lower-frequency things, your energy will gradually match that frequency. It's not about right or wrong; it's about the frequency you want to experience.

It starts with your thoughts. Swap those low-vibration, negative thoughts for high-vibration ones. Instead of saying, "I can't do this" or "I'm a failure," embrace thoughts like "I am happy" and "Everything works out for me." It's not about being right; it's about being the frequency you want to be.

Next, speak in high-vibrational language. Express positivity, love, and forgiveness in your words. When you say, "Things are good" or "I am in love," you're speaking a certain vibration into existence. Your words resonate with your inner frequency and emanate into the world.

It's not just about thoughts and words; it's about actions, too. Your physical actions, how you move and place yourself bring it together. Without all three components—thoughts, words, and actions—you won't truly control the frequency you reside in.

Thoughts create the environment where you view your desired frequency, but you're not quite there yet. Speaking it amplifies that frequency, bringing it closer. However, it's your actions that bridge the final gap. Your actions must align with your thoughts and words to fully vibrate at the frequency you desire.

Stop thinking about limitations, like being in a specific place or doing certain things. Instead, focus solely on the vibration of your state of being. You'll receive what you resonate with because like attracts like. Don't chase, don't grasp; become.

The two most powerful words anyone can say are "I am." What follows "I am" defines your essence. If you consistently say, "I am love," and your actions and words reflect that, you become a beacon of love. It's not about being right; it's about being what you want to be.

So, what are you? What frequency do your thoughts, words, and actions vibrate at? If someone described your actions and words, would they align with the vibrational level you aspire to?

Remember, it's a journey, not a race. You don't need to rush. The now is all there is. Every day is an opportunity to work on raising your energy and becoming the rising tide that lifts all ships.
