Turn with me, please, to Mark the ninth chapter.

And verse 23, Jesus said, this man had brought his son to the disciples who was in a very bad condition,

and they tried to minister to him without results.

You know, just because somebody prayed for you or yours and you didn't get your desired

results, that does not prove the will of God for you.

Let me say, yeah, but so-and-so has a powerful ministry and a great anointing, and they prayed for me and I didn't receive, so it must be something wrong with me or must be not God's will for me to receive that.

No, no, no, no, no.

Don't you assume such foolish things as that.

Don't be so easily duped and deceived.

Jesus, the individual's closest to Jesus, prayed for this boy and got no results.

And so when this father brought his son to Jesus, Jesus didn't look at him and say, well, it's not always the will of God.

There are just things you don't understand.

God's working out some things and we'll understand

it in the sweet by and by. No, no. In fact, later on, after this boy was delivered, the

disciples cornered Jesus in the house and said, why couldn't, why didn't it work when we prayed?

And he said, because of your unbelief.

And that's the answer.

Most preachers do not want to hear.

That's what people create new doctrines as to why it's not the will of God.

And why is it always got to be God?

Why couldn't it be a possibility?

You didn't do something right.
