Well, hello everyone, and welcome

to Speaking with Joy. Today, I am joined by my excellent, wonderful fill-in. I have so many more

adjectives that I could fill in, but it may take too long, sister. Oh. Which is very fun. And we are

sitting with large cups, not of tea, but of coffee.

A very good, strong coffee.

Because we're being realistic about a life and women.

And there are at least two sick babies in this house.

There are out of three who are three under.

So coffee is necessary.

So we do love tea, but from time to time, life requires coffee.

It does indeed, but it's better out of big

cups. Out of big, beautiful cups. The Chinese cups, yes, indeed. Well, I'm happy to have you all

here with us. The last few episodes I've recorded, I have in fact recorded where both me and the

guests were, in fact, drinking some kind of hot beverage. Oh, lovely. And yeah, and I feel like it does aid the conversation.

It does indeed.

So today, Sarah and I are going to talk about many things,

chief amongst which is big books, big, long books.
