| 0:55.0 | So today we're going to spend some time breaking down and decoding that little black box that's on the back, |
| 1:02.0 | so you can better navigate food choices while you grocery shop. |

| 1:49.8 | looking at? Where should we direct our eyes first? And many of us just out of habit or practice, |
| 1:56.7 | go right to looking at fat grams, how many calories there are, the percentage of daily sodium there is. |
