For those of you who weren't here last week, we got to go ahead and talk about meeting your physical goals.

And I didn't tell you, but I think I will tell you.

I hesitated on telling you because so many times it's such a deterrent to some people when they have so much to lose and stuff.

But in the last, say, year and a half, well, since we've probably been here in Branson I myself have lost 52 pounds

so if I can lose 52 pounds you can lose 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 or whatever the situation is because

I guarantee you I mean if you don't believe that that flesh talks, try it sometimes, you know.

So we got to talking about some of that stuff.

And I did, and I wasn't going to tell it because I didn't want, you know, you sound like

But, you know, in praying about it, I thought, well, you know, there's people that have

a lot of weight to lose, you know, and it can be encouraging also to see people that have actually

been able to do it.

And the thing that excites me the very most about it is the fact that for the first time in

my life, I wasn't taking a diet pill.

I wasn't doing some crazy strange diet.

I didn't stop eating everything under the sun that they tell you you shouldn't eat.

I'm not on some crazy thing that you cannot live with the rest of your life.
