See, you might have all-star players on your team, but if these players are on your team,

but they're not in the right position, they're not able to utilize their strengths or their passions,

they're not using their know-how, their giftings,

then probably your business is still underperforming.

Your turnover could be high, your business performance is not being what it needs to be,

maybe even the culture is struggling.

It's because you're frustrated, they're frustrated.

Oh, God's children are frustrated. See, the ability to put your people in the right place

may very well be one of the greatest skills of a leader.
