I am semi-retiring at the age of 45 and I beat that goal by five years. And keep in mind,

I started late. I didn't really have any savings, any retirement money back in 2009 to talk about.

So for those who are thinking, I can't do it. It's too late for me. Don't concern yourself so much.

I must have a million dollars. I must have X amount. You've got to

start. You got to just to say, I deserve it. For me, I deserved it. I wanted a different future.

I wanted a different outcome than my mother. And how can I use the tools that I have in front of me
