I began a process of masculine initiation.

I began to recover who God meant when he meant me as a man.

There's things that are universal to every man, and there are things that are utterly unique to your story.

Some of the saddest men I walk with are men that have gone out to conquer the world.

And some of them, it's in the name of God,

and some of them it's in the name of self,

but the worst cases are when men are successful.

See, there's part of me that's 45,

and I wrote the book, and I'm leading a, you know,

global mission, and that's true.

There's also parts of me that are still 14.

Dear young married couple, you're in a busy season of your life. You're probably

working and involved in ministry. On top of that, you might even be parents or students. You're maxed,

but you really want to stay connected in your

marriage. And that's why we're bringing this podcast to you. I'm Adam King. And I'm Carissa King,
