And we're going to talk about dangers and partnerships forming teams, you know, how he had everything the things you need to look at the ways he lost everything and why he did and things that you can pay attention to now on the single family home side and on the multifamily side to to know how to protect yourself and trying to side a little bit of what more of what you want where you want to be. |

| 3:52.0 | On your multifamily this is a big thing what i've been doing lately is i've been selling multifamily properties and i've been selling mobile home parks and i've been assisting with finding the contractors, the property managers, the maintenance teams help and get the loan together help structure the docs help get all the leases help what we're going to the financials. |
