Hello, my name is May, and a few months ago, my parents were the victims of a scam.

And thankfully, at that time, they did not lose any money, but were really scared about what could happen in the future.

So my question is, how do I help prevent my parents from getting scammed?

I got to tell you, when I heard that message that May left on the how to listener line, I had

a pit in my stomach, thinking about my own aging parents. Older adults aren't the only

victims of cyber crimes, of course. Scammers target literally everyone and ruin all kinds of lives.

And they are getting more and more sophisticated. So, despite sounding a bit hyperbolic here,

I got to tell you, this deserves our vigilance.

The next 30 minutes or so could literally save you thousands of dollars and a lot of heartbreak.
