Investment involves risk.

But first, the number of well-off sabers,

maxing out their 60 grand annual pension contribution, has shot up.

That's according to both Hargues, Lansdowne and Interactive Investor.

While those maxing out their full stocks and shares, ISA allowance this year,

is also up almost a third compared to last year. And millions and millionaires are leaving

the UK in record numbers. It's even prompted the Resolution Foundation to propose an exit tax.
