Through our energetic bodies (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual) we can sense, feel and intuit everything and everyone we come into contact with. It is through our energy systems that we can sense danger, pick up on intense environments or feel energized or drained by people, places, or things. One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to understand and learn how our own and other people’s energy, including their emotions, can impact us and our lives.
