And it was really great to meet you all in person here in Las Vegas and

and I'm also back with a brand new podcast setup as I listened to the last

episode and the audio quality was awful it made me cringe I don't even think my

very first episode sounded that poorly.

And maybe you noticed, maybe you didn't, I don't know, but it stuck out like a sore thumb to me.

And so I just moved into a new home and we had to set up a temporary office slash studio here in the house and hopefully this will sound

better if it doesn't I'm gonna make changes next week not let's keep dialing it in

until our new office our whole brand new office space that's being built until that's complete.

Alright, so in today's show, I am sitting down with the author of a new book.

It's a book inspired by one of the more transformational books for me in the last four to five years.

And what he did is he took that book and adapted it just for real estate investors.

And he's showing them how to keep more of their money that they make without really making

any sacrifices at all. Not any sacrifices to their lifestyle, to their debts, to their

responsibilities. I would, I've been calling it a game changer for me for the last couple years.
