And so I before the break I was talking about how I wanted to kind of give you four

takeaways from these four areas that I've kind of identified in this book I've

written called Forensic Faith. And there are four aspects I think of our movement as first responders I think transfer well into the Christian worldview

and the first one of course is duty do we accept our duty do we understand what our duty is

and how does that change us and I think part of this first chapter I

wrote I really wrote with an effort to kind of help people see that this

evidential approach to Christianity is not some novelty that is just natural to detectives and that's why I'm writing about it.

It's just my personal narrative.

I was encouraged as an atheist who was reading scripture for the first time.

With the person of Jesus and I mean all

the historical narratives really got me right I mean the Gospels in the book of acts

provided examples for me that I felt very compelling.

And so I want to offer as a first point in this idea of duty

is just try to help you to understand how to communicate to others

top down and has always been historically an evidential worldview.
