rebirth. I share my feelings and revelations. I believe in casual or

clinical and with you instead of at you I come unrehearsed on

0:15.9

purpose because self-help doesn't have to be so complicated. So I was listening to

0:20.8

Jack Cornfield I don't know if you guys know who that is, in a nutshell, he

0:27.0

studied and brought Buddhism to the West, he's a spiritual teacher, and he used the word fuckface and compassion in the same

1:58.6

especially to the people that you know we don't like I think that our heart muscles are very weak and so this idea

2:07.4

of practicing love and kindness you know the power of that I think it's it's really what sets us free and so let me

2:16.7

explain I think that a lot of times we get trapped or stuck I think our

2:21.7

potential is low when we are not, you know, when we're

2:28.2

very selective and we are when we start muting our hearts, when we hold grudges, when we start muting our hearts when we hold grudges when we have resentment
