and listener asked to remain anonymous. I'm going to call her Sarah for the sake of this

podcast, and Sarah, our anonymous listener, says this. Give some details. She says, I'm 50 years old,

my husband is 60 years old. My husband makes about 150,000, and I make around 100,000,

and we also have about 25,000 or so of

rental income. My husband would like to retire when he turned 65, and I would like to retire at age 62.

That being said, I will continue working for a number of years, about seven years, between the time

my husband retires and the time that I retire. We currently have about $1.6 million

saved up in our retirement accounts. We both have 401ks at work and both of them have the Roth
