We're getting very intimately close.

Today we're joined by Megan Sparell and Betsy Blumenthal, two traveler editors who have been on the podcast a few times in the last couple weeks alone.

So they are familiar voices to those of you who are used to listening to all of us,

gab on about our favorite things to do and travel.

This week's episode is kind of based off of something that happened to Megan,

or that Megan did, rather, recently, which is, I guess,

when did you decide you were going to Mexico City, Megan?

About five days before I win.

Yeah, wow, that was just a couple weeks ago, but my roommate was having her birthday come up,

and we had talked about Mexico City for a long time, never booked it, and then it was

the week before, and we're like, should we still do that?

And we booked a flight, and we went, yeah, we booked a flight five days before we went

to Mexico City. So like what was the point in which you were like,

oh, Mexico City would be a really nice idea? And then when did you decide, oh, actually let's book it

and let's book it a week beforehand? So my roommate last year had wanted to go see this

Colombian group Bomba Stereo performing Mexico City on her birthday. And she had talked about

and talked about it and they hadn't gone. And I'm sure Morgan's going to love me showing the story.
