So it's all relative, it's what you're comparing it to. If you're comparing it to your slow and steady job that's taken you years to learn,

you can make money relatively quickly if you're comparing it to something that's getting rich quick, you can get impatient.

Fantastic. Well, I was very excited to get a chance to talk to you because the space that we talk in a lot and own as we deal with every day,

starting new businesses, entrepreneurship, small business, very exciting space that we're in,

and you, to be fair, I kind of a big deal in that space, you know, you've had some success.

And I think if we're all wanted to start with that because it wasn't particularly with podcasts.

It's interesting to hear people so they can relate to you really.

And why should they listen to you? You know, give us a bit of a humble brag,

or even a not-so-humble brag about kind of what you've achieved in business and why you're a cool guy top on the podcast.

Well, I started as an entrepreneur 17 years ago, started buying property and then educating people on property and writing books,

and then sharing my content on social media and generating revenue from all the different platforms.

I broke the world record for the longest public speech twice. I've written, I think nearly 18 now, maybe 18.

Books on business and property.

Yeah.

Fantastic. Yeah, so reasonable amount of stuff for the end.

And what sort of, you mentioned about real estate.

I know in my research of you and listening to your content, I know you're kind of a big property guy.

Would you say that's kind of like your main thing or are you involved in?

How would you describe yourself in that sense?

Yeah, properties probably.
