| 0:21.2 | She is shifting the way everyday people see business, you know, take on business. And I'm extremely excited to have it on. Her name is Hannah Ingram. Welcome to the show. Thank you. Thanks for having me. I'm glad you're here. So let's get right into it. So for your origin and some background stuff. So for the people who don't know who you are, |
| 0:36.1 | this may be the first time seeing or hearing of you. |
| 0:38.3 | Just give a brief background on who you are |
| 0:40.3 | and what it is that you do. origin, some background stuff. So for the people who don't know who you are, this may me the first time seeing or hearing of you. Just give a brief background on who you are |
| 0:40.3 | and what it is that you do. Yeah, so I'm 27 now. I bought my first car wash when I was 22 |
| 0:45.9 | and just accidentally fell into this whole coaching mentorship side of things. And now I'd help |
| 0:51.3 | everyday people go out and get their first car washer laundromat, |
| 0:55.3 | but specifically do that using creative financing. |
| 0:58.2 | Okay. |
| 0:58.5 | Because when I was 22, I knew I wanted to get into passive income. |
| 1:02.6 | And so the way that I was trying to do that was go get a loan from a bank. |
| 1:07.0 | Well, the bank wouldn't give me a loan because I didn't have the cash needed for a down payment. |
| 2:18.6 | And I didn't have any credit history at 22. So I had to get creative. And that's where creative financing came into play. And now I help people buy them using creative finance so we can minimize the amount of money up front. And they don't have to have perfect credit to go out there and buy business. So what made us that's so interesting, but what made you want to get into that business? Like, is your family background in this? Like, what made you say this is something I think I want to do, especially at that age? Because usually at 22, everybody want to do the fancy, sexy stuff. Carwatch is laundry masks. That's a basic, you know, simple industry. So what made you say, you know, this is the right I'm going? Yep. So I knew I wanted to get into passive income because I read a quote by Warren Buffett that says if you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die. So when I read that, I was like, that's so true. Like I got to find something that's paying me, whether I'm sitting here with you, whether I'm at the gym, whether I'm working my 9 to 5 job. And I sat down and I thought, what businesses can actually make me money 24-7? That's where I was like car washes and laundromat. So that's where my pursuit of that came. No family real estate background at all. None of my family ever owned a car washer laundromat. |
| 2:25.1 | And these are just boring, unsexy businesses that people underestimate how much they're actually making. |
| 2:28.9 | And so that's where my pursuit of the car washes and laundromats came about. |
| 2:37.6 | What was that process like when you started? Like from A to Z? How did that happen? Yeah. So with passive income, |
| 2:42.3 | a lot of people think that passive income is just sitting back, collecting money for doing nothing every month, that passive income doesn't exist. And it does exist. It's not just simply sitting |
| 2:47.5 | there collecting a check. It's more so it's time, it's income that requires |
| 2:52.5 | minimal time and maintenance to maintain. So it takes about 30 minutes a day to do a car wash or |
