Yeah, you know, this is a real problem for a lot of people. In fact, this has been a huge problem for me personally. I've talked about it publicly, but as a leader, you cannot avoid public speaking. Maybe you're not a professional public speaker and so you're thinking maybe I'm safe. You're not.

Because you're going to have team meetings and presentations within your company or to your clients or prospective clients even outside events but most people feel really inadequate in this area and they feel under prepared and so you're trying to do something that you know makes you feel uncomfortable
