Please, I want you to listen to me carefully, otherwise you may think I'm insensitive to whatever you have gone through in your lives. What somebody else is going to do to me is not

in my hands. But what I do to myself is 100% in my hands. Nobody can cause trauma to you.

They can cause physical suffering to you. They can cause physical pain to you. They can abuse

you. But trauma is caused by you. You must understand that. See, it's like an avalanche.

Somebody throws one pebble. You cause an avalanche and die beneath the weight of that avalanche.

And you think they're causing it? No, they threw only one pebble at you, isn't it?

Now, do you want to leave one stone as just one stone or multiply it into an avalanche which will kill you?

This is a choice that you have.

No matter what the world does to us, we will do the best things to ourselves.

If you get the necessary balance and consciousness to exercise this choice,

then you will see the one who needs to be pitied is the person who threw the stone

because a fool doesn't understand the fundamentals of life.
