0:00.0	Today we're going to talk about how to overcome the greatest challenges in life, how to manage
0:08.6	your internal mindset, if you will, and how you approach problems and overcome them, because
0:13.9	we all have them.
0:16.8	So what you got for us, Victoria?
0:19.1	So overcoming, I think it really comes down to how you view challenges.
0:24.9	Some people think that challenges are happening to me and it's something bad that's happening.
0:29.3	But coming from the perspective of like Tony Robbins world, it's like things happen for you, not to you. And when you trade expectations for
0:41.4	appreciation, you can look at the challenges as something that is supposed to help you grow,
0:47.7	right? That it's going to help take you to the next level. For example, if you think about
0:52.3	a lobster, if you will, when it's time for it to grow,
0:55.7	it sheds its outer layer so that I can have a new shell that's formed and so they can grow into
1:02.5	that. And so growth is painful, like shedding that shell, like shedding a part of an identity
1:08.9	that you might once, you might have once held on to um it can be a
1:14.1	huge challenge because people are people have like tony would say people have a need to
1:20.6	be consistent with how they define themselves and um a part of that is expanding our identity and that of itself is a challenge, but it's also
1:32.1	growth. Yeah. So challenges are a sign that, at least from my own perspective, it's like,
1:40.5	you are a worthy opponent of being challenged and therefore by overcoming these challenges
1:45.5	you can get to the next level of whatever you feel like is getting closer to what your goal is
1:53.7	yeah as you take on bigger goals bigger dreams more responsibility your challenges tend to grow as well. And so
2:03.3	incrementally, as you overcome challenges that builds muscle, mental muscle, if you will, because
2:09.5	now you've got track record of overcoming difficult things. I think was Henry Kissinger said,
2:15.2	he said every new problem, every problem basically creates a, or every time you solve a problem
