In other words, you're rarely going to come across a seller that asks you a question and hasn't an objection that you have not, frankly, come across before when you are in the process of becoming a listing agent or being a listing agent. It's sort of interesting. It's almost like the sellers out there must have some sort of, you know, home selling coach that's telling them what questions to ask a potential listing agent's in which order to ask them. |
