because guess what? The objection handlers you've been using for the last, say, 15 years

aren't really going to work in this new market. The sellers are going to become much more emotional,

much more fearful, much more particular about who they list with. Now, if that said, guess what?

Sellers always ask the same questions, almost always in the same order. In other words, you're rarely going to come across a seller that asks you a question and hasn't an objection that you have not, frankly, come across before when you are in the process of becoming a listing agent or being a listing agent. It's sort of interesting. It's almost like the sellers out there must have some sort of, you know, home selling coach that's telling them what questions to ask a potential listing agent's in which order to ask them.

Because it is really unbelievable how frequently they will ask the same questions in the exact same order.

This goes from when you're doing proactively generation, when you're doing pre-qualifying,

and when you're doing obviously the listing presentation.
