workshop this past weekend and we had so many

people, so many thrivers that asked this question to myself and to Dr. Z.

They asked how do you organize your day?

How do you on a very practical level

get so much done in a very limited window of time?

And so at the workshop, we went very, very deep into it. We explained the specifics of

building to-do lists and how to say no to things and what things you should say

yes to and when you should schedule your team training and when you should be updating your social media and when you should schedule your team training and when you should be

advertisements and when you should track your numbers and a lot of details. But we

also had the pleasure of interviewing Lee Cockrell, who was the former executive vice president who

once managed Walt Disney World Resorts.
