We've done a lot of cooking barbecue contest, but the Water Tower last year was our first year to actually organize a contest. It's a lot of fun. Yeah. It's a lot goes into. A lot more goes into it than just showing up and cooking a contest. Yes. And I knew that going in, but I guess I didn't realize just how much. It takes a lot of people. Yeah. And you're the ultimate prepper, so. So we got to be prepared. I was just like, let's just wing it. Y'all team show up here. We'll get some judges to show up. We'll make this happen.
