Summary

As men and providers, we have a tendency to attach our identity to our work. We spend so much of our time and energy making a living and building our career or business, that it's hard to see ourselves outside that role. But we are not one dimensional men.

There are many dimensions to who we are and neglecting these other parts of our life creates imbalance and a sense of incompleteness. In this episode, I go over how to optimize five main dimensions of manhood.

basically all you? And think about that for a minute. So many of us put so much of our identity, me included, into

what we do for a living, what we do for work. You ask a man what he does. It's usually the first question

we ask each other. I'm an electrician, I'm a carpenter, I'm a salesperson, I'm an insurance, I'm an investor, I'm a banker.

We put so much of that identity into who we are.

But let me tell you guys man it is it is completely wrong. It's completely wrong

because there are several other dimensions to who we are.

And what I mean by that is we do have our identity wrapped up in what we do for a living and that's okay it should be there

should be some of us some part of us that's wrapped up in what we do for a living

we spend a lot of time a lot of our lives doing what we do for work.

So it's important to do what we love.
