absolutely. So my official title and training is that I'm a functional and nutritional therapy

practitioner. So all things, health, all things, women's health. I'm also trained as a doula.

I haven't quite decided if I'm going to go in that direction. But overall, I'm just incredibly

passionate about women's health and my whole mission is to just help teach women how to get

back to the way God designed for us to eat and live in all areas. So obviously, nutrition is

like my focus. But as you know, there's so much on lifestyle and stress and environment and

toxins and all of that stuff. So I just like to always take it from the angle of how did God
