| 0:48.0 | If you exercise, you can visually tell that your body is changing based on the exercise that you're doing. However, whenever you were working on your inner life, the issue is that those changes are ephemeral. They aren't as apparent as something that has an immediate visual quality. |

| 4:07.0 | These are all beautiful things that increase our lives immensely but the issue is that sometimes people work towards these things through meditation or trying to be more mindful in their lives. |

| 4:27.0 | So someone might meditate a little bit and they say, you know, I feel a little bit more calm. That's great. |
| 4:33.0 | But then a few weeks goes by and I think, well, you know, where is this really getting me? I do feel a little bit more calm but is this all them getting out of it? |
| 4:41.0 | Because you hear about so many benefits now transformative that something like meditation or just increasing your mindful awareness can be. |
