Now, why is this so important? Because every man and woman on the planet was created to fill a unique role.

So, for those of you who don't feel very valuable right now, I've got good news for you.

You are incredibly valuable.

Now, it feels good to feel that way, but now we need to understand that once we realize we were created to be something specific, that means we have to do it.

Because there's somebody on the other end of that purpose, your purpose. It's not all about you.

It's about you being who you're supposed to be for someone else.

This is what we as humans long for. We long to contribute.

And so, that's why 70% of Americans are miserable in their work.

They don't see a direct contribution of their work to themselves. It's significant to you.

And you see how it is significant, not just to you, but for the benefit of others.

This work is possible. This is not a mythical journey that a few fortunate souls fall into.

You can discover your dream job and you can get there.
