Do you ever worry that you might be embarrassed, that you might look silly, that you might look

0:14.6

stupid, that people might laugh at you, that you might make a mistake?

0:19.5

Oh, come on, we all feel this way sometimes. And really, look,

0:22.9

it's just our ego. We don't want to get laughed at. We don't want to be ridiculed. We don't want

1:32.1

This means that I don't ever have to be embarrassed again, because that's up to me.

1:37.3

That is a decision that I get to make.

1:41.4

Often laughter, just humor, not taking ourselves so seriously, will save us. Where can you be

1:49.9

applying this now? Where maybe are you holding back because being embarrassed or judged or looking

1:55.4

silly terrifies you? And what if you did the opposite? What if you put yourself in situations where it's very

2:02.1

likely it'd look silly, where you might be laughed at, where people might ridicule you. Truly,

2:07.8

if you're in self-coaching society, we do so many challenges where you just take a lot of action,

2:12.8

you see that what happens isn't nearly as scary as you think it might be, and then you tend to get

2:18.2

a whole lot of wins along the way. When you run up to a scary line, it turns into a tiny

2:24.7

kitten. Action cures fear. What is it that you're not doing because you're worried that you'll
