What's up, gentlemen? Thursday throwdown number 55. This is your first time here. This is the short show.

We do two shows a week at the Good Dad Project Podcast. We do shows obviously on Monday

those are our big shows. I like to call them the big shows just because we usually have a guest and elite guest of some

sort and that show is usually about 45 minutes to an hour.

This particular show on Thursdays is quick, it's short, it's to the point and I always
