And this was the very first bit of structured training that I ever did somewhere around nine or even 10 years ago. And this is back when you

didn't take screenshots on your phone. Like I actually had my McMillan running paces magneted onto my

fridge. Like you'll hear in this that at the start, it's really surreal being able to talk to
