Summary

This episode is really for those of you listening who need to hear this. I wish could send this into the past to my 19 year old self who just broke up with her first boyfriend because I know it would have helped me a lot. I talk about breakups, my advice, and ultimately how you have to find yourself again. Advice on breakups is one of my most asked questions so I knew it needed it's own episode. I emphasize how you need to work on loving yourself, being the best version of yourself, and surrounding yourself with people who make you feel the best. Remember someone else doesn't complete you to make 100%, you need to be 100% on your own first, then together with someone else who is full on their own you'll make 200%
