She says I'm a 46-year-old husband and father of three.

Although my job gives me and my family economic security and stability over the years, I've tried to become an entrepreneur

to earn more money.

But many of those business ventures did not succeed.

My challenge is I think I should be doing better financially, and I'm judging myself for this.

I'm afraid if I don't pursue with vigor anything that will make us financially richer,

I will have regrets later in life.

I'm also judging myself because a number of my associates whom on paper I am more qualified

seem to be thriving more than I am.

I'm grateful that my family is stable. We are blessed

to be right where we are. But I'm just afraid that I'll judge myself later if I don't pursue

or have the kind of financial breakthroughs that I want in order to leave a financial legacy for my family in the

decades to come. I would love your perspective on this. Nico, first of all, your intention

is admirable. You want to make more money for your family. You want to leave a financial

legacy for your children. I understand that.
