What is happiness now?

How do you have happiness from having it all to losing it all like what is happiness

and how do you define it and how do you, how would you suggest someone who's in the

throes of thinking that this life is just too much to bear.

It's brutal.

Can't handle it.

Like, not equipped.

Never going to get a good card.

Life has really like turned its back on me.
