So I wanted to dive in today and share how you can get a better night's sleep because especially with the events

that are unfolding in the world right now and the levels of uncertainty and anxiety, There are some people out there that have their sleep that suffers because our emotions are all all over the place.

We're experiencing as a collective energy the tremendous force of

uncertainty of concern of hoping for the best of wishing for resolution of not knowing what's going to happen with this global

pandemic right now and yet where I am in the United States we're just

starting to open up society again open up the doors to restaurants and

movie theaters and places like that but you know we don't really know what's

going to happen with the virus and whether people are going to continue to get infected.

So with that comes those levels of uncertainty which can interfere with you having a restful

and peaceful night's sleep.
