cleaning your house. Thanks for joining me. This is episode 123. And in this episode, as as usual I'm going to talk you through cleaning your

entire house sort of room by room area by area it's only going to be about a one hour episode but

you'd be surprised how much you can get done in an hour we're going to spend a certain number of

minutes in each area I'll tell you when to

move on. And sort of the theme of this episode is going to be the importance of time management.

However, while you're cleaning along with this episode, you don't need to worry too much about

time management, because if you spend an hour on housework, that's going to be an accomplishment.

And I'm going to let you know when to switch from one room to the next. So it's time to gear up

for your cleaning session. Maybe you need to start a load of laundry. For those who start a load of

laundry at the beginning of the episode,

I'll try to remind you at the end of the episode to switch that laundry from the washing machine into the dryer. Another thing you might want to do is get your home smelling fresh. Maybe you

want to turn on a wax warmer or light a candle or take out your trash, something like that. While you're
