1:36.8	I'm just going to be playing Pokemon today. That's it. That's all we're doing. And so today,
1:41.2	we're going to expand upon that discussion and talk a little bit about how you can start to
1:46.6	cultivate a life in which you are able to focus intensely on one thing for a long period of time,
1:53.4	whether it be an entire day or months or weeks or whatever it is. And I know you've got some ideas.
1:59.6	I've got some ideas been thinking about this all week as I live my fragmented life right now.
2:07.5	You know, it's fragmented, but it's actually felt a bit more focused recently,
