So we're at Step 9.

This is what the ancient Grinkin Roman astrology connected with heat, drought, lethargy,

plagues, and madness, that's literally how they describe the dog days of summer.

A condition that we see played out in our minds, in our spirit, in our behavior, as human

beings, every year, during the 40 plus days during the peak of summer.

Personal productivity drops by at least 20%, which ripples throughout your team, vendors,

and suppliers, as well as client activity, and engagement.

The entire global marketplace proves a net decline during these periods as well.

That is what you call a drought, what you call lethargy, what you call a plague of productivity,

absolute and sheer madness, but not you, not your team, not anymore.

Hopefully you have already started to implement these steps into your own behavior and practices

and have them start instituting them throughout your team, throughout your family, and those

that you rely on for sustained productivity to support and keep your focus on track with

your goals.

In this step, what we're going to do is talk about one of the greatest levers that you have

in attempting to keep the monkey-braided-minded humans engaged, and that is to turn productive

behavior into a game, and make work fun.
