The entire cast, including Glazer, became the first sports show inducted into the Television Hall Of Fame in 2019. In 2007, Glazer created the first mixed martial arts training program for pro athletes in America and has trained over 1,000 pro athletes. In 2014, he co-founded the Unbreakable Performance Center, a private training facility frequented by Wiz Khalifa, Chris Pratt, and Demi Lovato, as well as numerous NFL, NHL and MMA athletes. So grateful about what you're up to. Last time I saw you was in my gym, Unbreakable, right? He came in there, Steve Weatherberg. You lifted every weight in the place and we were in ever the same. Exactly, yes. Now you live around the corner, let's go, man. We're gonna get you back in there yet. I promise I will. It's a great little community. I'm excited, man. You've had an amazing story, and your whole book, Unbreakable, is about how you turn depression, anxiety, into really motivation that you can accomplish things without feeling overwhelmed and stress. But you just told me before we started that you've had a panic attack since 2005 until now every week. Every week. Every week. How did you now when I grew up, and I'm assuming when you grew up, I grew up in the Midwest, I was never able to talk about my feelings. Right. It was just like suck it up. You grew up in the Midwest. I grew up in Jersey. That's even harder for you. But I was, we went a lot of talk about, you know, how I felt. Playing football, playing baseball, play, whatever. It was just like suck it up. Keep going. Yeah. When did you feel like it was okay to talk about feeling of anxiety, stress, mental health? When was this like a conversation you could have without
