0:00.0	So tell me about the podcast agency. Like how long ago you start that?
0:08.9	Right. So the podcast agency, we started about five years ago. My wife's been doing it for over 25 years.
0:17.7	And I've been doing it for about five or six years. And I started it because I wanted to get a film deal for my book. So we can go more into this. But in the early 90s, I invented a supplement. And it was one of the biggest supplements of all time, created over a billion dollars in revenue, kind of revolutionized multiple industries. Which was? It was called herbal ecstasy.
0:38.8	It was the first alternative to ecstasy or MDMA out there.
0:43.2	And this was during the crazy 90s with the rave scene and the rave culture.
0:48.4	And I got out of that.
0:50.1	I went on to inventing all the technology that you see now in modern vapes.
0:54.8	We were the first vape company to go public.
0:57.3	I sold and exited the company and the company went public.
1:00.7	And from there, I went on to Amazon and doing health and wellness on Amazon launched the first big macha brand out there.
1:08.1	And those companies were sold.
1:10.0	And then I moved on to podcasting, which is where I'm at now.
1:14.6	Wow. Yeah. Amazing. So do you know offhand how many people you work with in the podcasting agency?
1:20.3	Oh, our agency? At the moment, we're fairly small. We're just under about 200 people. But within the
1:25.3	next 12 months, we're targeting about 1,000 people.
1:28.1	So we'll be about 1,000 strong.
1:30.0	As AI gets better and systems get more and more automated, we can handle more flow into that.
1:36.3	And to that, we've added a secondary product now, which is our YouTube accelerator.
1:40.2	So I have a couple ninjas on board right now that are just, they're obsessed with YouTube,
1:47.3	their young guys.
1:48.3	And they figured out something in the algorithm that's like an anomaly.
1:54.9	And we figured out how to do it and what YouTube prioritizes.
