Welcome back to the Flipped Lifestyle podcast, Stephen Faustin for Shane Sams.

Great to be back with you today as I talk to another member of the flipped lifestyle community. And you know I'm excited to talk to today's guest, Jason Webb. Jason, how are you doing today, man? Doing fantastic. It's a great day. God is good. I'm on the podcast and I couldn't be any happier. It's so good. And you and I have coached a little bit together. So I know a little bit about your story. I know. And the reason I wanted you to be a guest on the Flip Lifestyle podcast is because you're a go-getter. You take action. You've rolled

up your sleeves. You've opened your wallet. And you are ready to take those steps to get your

business going. I can't wait to unpack this with you today. So before we get too deep into all this stuff, tell everyone a little

bit about you, your background, and about your online business. Perfect. I'm a director of sales

for a commercial tire company is my day job. I've been a serial entrepreneur all of my life

from when I was in grade school buying and selling candy. My parents were,

my dad was a truck driver. My mom was a teacher. Humble beginnings didn't have a lot, but we had

everything we needed. It just started having that entrepreneurial spirit from a very early age.

You know, my 20s had some really big business ideas, some grand ideas. You know, like you said,

a go-getter. I tend to swing for the

fences every time I do something. And so it had a huge company that would have been really good,

but it ended up not turning out very well. Lost a few things in my 20s, failed relationship,

failed businesses, learned a lot in my 20s, became a single father. And man, filed bankruptcy

living with my parents, a lot of things. In my 30s, I started working for a commercial tire company and I started as a delivery driver because I had nothing. I was bankrupt. I had a buddy that worked there. He got me a job. You know, within my third year, they saw what I had, you know, some inherent talents. And so I became the top salesman within the company in three years. I'm in the same industry for the last 15 years. And now I'm the director of sales for for a company. And in our first year, two years ago, this company brought me on board. And we did 20 million in sales in our first year with a staff of 35, all while doing three other businesses and, you know, starting a coaching business on the side

locally here for the last four years, had some great success with that. And, you know, coming on to

a life surge and talking to Shane and you, Stephen, I, this is the next step of my journey.

What the Lord is leading me to do is bring this online to help more people grow the kingdom
