We officially have our own Facebook group.

Yes, that's right. Practicing Human is growing up.

And as I said in the first episode, I felt there were three things that were important for sustainable positive change in your life.

One, to have short digestible teachings that you can understand that are practical.

Two, for those teachings to be delivered consistently, which is why this is a daily

podcast, and three, perhaps the biggest one, for those teachings to be delivered within a supportive

community. Now we're accomplishing hopefully the first two up until now, but

it's hard to feel a sense of community. We don't even know who's in the community.

And right now you have exposure to me and maybe any friends that you're listening to this with,

but there's no way to interact with each other.

And the beauty of the Facebook group is that this is our chance to see who's in the community
