Summary

In today's episode, I share how my commitment to consistent daily habits shapes every aspect of my life, from my unwinding routine at 9:00 p.m. to my 4:00 a.m. wake-up. I explain why non-negotiable practices like getting seven hours of sleep, maintaining my health, and dedicating time to family are essential to success. I explore how staying connected with my daughters each day, even in small ways, has a compounding effect, leading to exponential outcomes. The episode also discusses the importance of exceptions and flexibility, balancing structure with space for variant behavior, and the role of gratitude and intention in achieving growth.
