But you know, first mark, we've gone through quite a journey this week on first of all

And so we've talked elderberry, echinacea, garlic, turmeric, and self-heal, or heal-all,

Before we start that, let's remind people that plants have a cell wall, a hard rigid structure,

and all those things you want are inside that cell wall.

If you just take a fresh green plant and drop it, say, in hot water, hoping to extract

the medicinal compounds, you're not going to get much because they can't pass through

But if you take plants, especially herbs, cut them, and let them just air dry, hang dry
