In this episode, we're diving deep into how to make that positive shift and unlock the incredible strength within you.

It all starts with changing your perspective and breaking free from old patterns. We live our lives in frequencies, which are patterns shaped by the way we think, react, move, and speak.

When faced with obstacles or resistance, what typically enters your mind? Is it disempowering thoughts like "I can't do this," "This is difficult," or "I'm a failure"? These thoughts are indicators of lower-frequency patterns at work. But remember, you are both an observer and a creator of your reality. You have the power to change the frequency by changing the words in your mind.

You can manually inject thoughts like "I am strong," "I am a winner," or "I always succeed" into your consciousness. Your observation power doesn't differentiate between naturally occurring words and those you consciously insert. You can't focus on everything at once, so when negative thoughts and old patterns resurface, flood them with empowering words and love.

Changing your observation and focus point is crucial because you're essentially overriding the old patterns. This shift in perspective is how you break free from your old ways.

Changing the patterns starts with changing the thoughts in your mind. You can manually say empowering words and create a new story about yourself that aligns with strength and success. By consistently reinforcing this new narrative, you override the old story that no longer serves you.

Remember, settling for the same old patterns is a choice. You have the power to write your own story by writing the words in your mind. That's how you build strength. Write your strength story and play it on repeat, gradually replacing the old, disempowering thoughts.

Take control, infuse your mind with the energy you desire, take responsibility for your power, and be the rising tide that lifts all ships.

because we're going to do exactly that. But before we get started, we're going to take a few

moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep healing, meditative breaths

to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So pick a word. We love, joy, happiness, abundance,

whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep breath in. And as you're breathing

in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again, really charge yourself up with

that energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. and out.

All right. Well, we're going to do another deep breath. This one's about alignment about getting ourselves in receiving modes so that we can receive the message that we need to hear to get us in that pause of state.

So we're going to do it just like we did. But this time, I want you to use the word strength. When you breathe in, I want you to say strength over and over and over again.

Just charge yourself up with it. Visualize the word strength in your mind as you breathe in and say it.

And each time you say it, watch it expand like you're blowing up a balloon, just bigger and bigger and

bigger. And as you hold your breath, I'm going to say a few I am statements about strength.

So I'll say the I am statement. Try to say it in your mind or at least listen to it. Allow it to
